NACA Logistics (USA) Inc. modifies management structure

Carson, California (November 02, 2006) — Naca Logistics (USA) Inc announced the following changes to the management structure in the USA, effective immediately:

Michael Sinclair has moved into a newly created position with global responsibility for Sales and Marketing and a new global role in Mergers and Acquisitions.

Jeff Lee has been promoted to Regional Managing Director, a position equivalent to the CEO, with overall responsibility for the USA.

Tim Tudor has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the USA, reporting to Jeff Lee.

David Sanchoyerto has moved into Tim Tudor’s position as Regional VP for the South East region.

Jessica Suris has moved into David Sanchoyerto’s position as Miami operations manager.
